We are looking for a mid-level professional with account management or client service experience tomanage key account relationships, applying their comprehensive understanding of digital andtraditional marketing and advertising as well as their experience in the retail automotive industry.

Job responsibilities

  • Support the Customer Success team with anything they need for their Clients.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure optimal utilization of the marketing analytics software.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding for new clients.
  • Customer Focus:
    • A customer-centric approach, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Communication:
    • Clear and effective communication with customers.
    • Providing instructions and guidance when necessary.
  • Empathy and Patience:
    • Demonstrating empathy towards customer concerns.
    • Remaining patient, especially in challenging situations.
  • Problem-Solving
    • Analyzing situations and finding practical solutions.
    • Escalating issues to higher levels of support when necessary.
  • Documentation:
    • Recording customer interactions and issues.
    • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.
  • Collaborate with the Operations to customize solutions based on client requirements.
  • Work closely with product managers to communicate customer needs and contribute to product roadmap discussions.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in the software.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly, collaborating with Operations when necessary.
  • Advocate for customer needs within the organization to drive continuous product enhancement.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify upsell and expansion opportunities.
  • Takes initiative for innovation and ongoing quality improvement
